Falkirk is an ideal base from which to explore the attractions of Hawkes
Bay - Havelock North, Hastings, Napier, and Taradale are all within
easy driving distance, as are Ocean and Waimarama beaches, the gannets
of Cape Kidnappers, plus a wide array of Hawkes Bay vineyards and wineries.
Positioned on twenty-five
acres, the surrounding land attracts many species of native birdlife,
and you also will often sight the resident pukeko and cattle. The character
and charm of Falkirk cottage has been achieved by paying particular
attention to detail and in the careful sourcing of furnishings.
Upstairs, both bedrooms are furnished with super kingsize beds, and
use 100% cotton sheets. Each has their owne TV, ensuite featuring clawfoot
bath, shower and toilet.

Falkirk Cottage is NZ$250 one couple or NZ$300 per night for two couples,
sleeping maximum of four guests in two bedrooms that have their owne
ensuites.
A Queen size bed has been in the past placed in the large lounge down
stairs for a further 2 guests.
The cottage is serviced daily, and included in the tariff are breakfast
provisions for the first morning.
For safety and the
comfort of subsequent guests this is a smoke-free cottage.
